low carb carbonara- this delicious indulgence is just as rich and creamy as the pasta version but with zucchini noodles!
Review:  This one was a tasty alternative to pasta and lets face it anytime you can add bacon to something it amps up the tasty factor!

Review:  My family enjoyed them tremendously.  Unfortunately I had to modify and cook mine separately because I am allergic to peppers!  But I made the best of it and was happy to be able to make these for my family.  They requested this one stay in the rotation.

Review:  I'm not sure why this one didn't have more stars on the website.  I loved this side.  It was quick and tasted amazing.  I'll be making this one again.

Crock Pot Chicken and Veggie Soup

Review:  Perfect for a chilly day!  So easy to make, smells great and tastes even better.  I omitted the corn and added in the suggested alternative of potatoes and cream.   This will be one of my winter staples.

Loaded Baked "Potato" Soup

Review:  OMG Delicious!  I was hoping for leftovers on this one and I was out of luck!  Of course the bacon theme continues with this.  I would make this again in a heartbeat!

Paleo Comfort Foods - Pot Roast
Review:  This one wasn't bad.  The flavor was very good and smelled great while it was cooking.  I made it with the cauliflower mash.  I think if I make this one again, I may sacrifce the carbs and add actual mashed potatoes.  It seemed like it was missing something without them.
